Introduction
Atelier ForteTête is a Paris based creative studio founded by Émilie Filatreau in 2017.
With a main focus on pattern design for fashion and interior brands, I enjoy making illustration and decorative objects for home as well.
I also co-founded a physical event specialising in textile design called "Bonnes Mines" which aimed to bring together professionals from fashion and decoration industries in order to help them to complete their upcoming collections.
During this adventure, we’ve had the chance of being supported by some great press partners, including Milk Magazine, Blumenhaus or Marie-Claire Maison through online articles, magazines interviews and social media posts, that help us to promote the values of Bonnes Mines.
Brands I collaborate with
Balzac Paris, Maradji, Bonsoirs, Marie Sixtine, Petit Bateau, Monoprix, Émile & Ida, Tajine Banane, La Redoute among others.

Philosophy
The universe of Atelier ForteTête is rooted in my childhood, between the countryside and the ocean coast of the south-west of France.
From my memories filled with gardens, fruit trees and school tricks to my present days in Paris, surrounded by beautiful landmarks and inspiring peoples, I have built my creative identity on duality.
A balance between the innocence of childhood and the temperance of the adult world, but with a strong character and a touch of humour.
An iron hand in a velvet glove.
Pita
Born from my desire to express my universe in a tangible way, I decided to launch an artisanal practice under the label PITA, giving me the opportunity to dive deeper into the stories I love to tell, drawing inspiration from my personal narratives as well as from a fantastic and juvenile imagery.
My first collection of rugs has been displayed from march 26 to april 5 during the Milk Magazine pop-up at Bonton, 5 boulevard des Filles du Calvaire in Paris.
